What is Human Conditioning?

Human conditioning refers to the process of learning through repeated exposure to certain stimuli, behaviors, or experiences. It's how we come to associate certain actions with rewards or consequences, how we pick up societal norms, and even how our emotional responses are shaped. This occurs at both conscious and subconscious levels, meaning that we are often unaware of the extent to which we’ve been conditioned.

Understanding human conditioning is important because it affects nearly every aspect of our lives. Whether it’s our habits, beliefs, or emotional responses, conditioning plays a pivotal role. The more we understand it, the better equipped we are to shape our behaviors intentionally rather than passively accepting them.
